Every athlete is outfitted with modern, impact-tested helmets and advanced padding systems. We partner exclusively with industry-leading manufacturers to ensure our equipment meets or exceeds national safety standards for youth football, delivering uncompromising protection on every play.
CERTIFIED COACHING STAFF
Our coaches undergo rigorous annual training, including comprehensive USA Football certification and mandatory background checks. We host specialized clinics focused entirely on safe, modern tackling techniques and injury prevention strategies.
STRICT CONCUSSION PROTOCOLS
We enforce a rigid 'when in doubt, sit them out' policy. Independent medical spotters and clear return-to-play guidelines are established to protect our athletes' long-term health and provide parents with absolute peace of mind.

What tackling technique do you teach?
We teach and reinforce Hawk Tackling from 3rd grade through senior year, and dedicate part of nearly every practice to safe technique.
Do you provide medical coverage at games?
Yes. Athletic trainers are present at all 3rd–6th grade home games, and one or more trainers attend both home and away games for 7th and 8th grade teams.
What are the key helmet & mouth guard rules?
Helmets must be certified and white (facemask color optional). A mouth guard attached to the helmet is mandatory whenever a player is wearing a helmet.
Are metal or screw-in cleats allowed?
No. Football cleats must have no metal components and no metal/screw-in cleats.
What is your concussion approach?
Assistant coaches complete online concussion awareness training, and the program follows a conservative approach summarized as “When in doubt, sit them out.”
